Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in hands-on learning through structured mentoring to cultivate new business and develop team leadership skills. Establish essential community relationships to build a foundation for eventual branch management. This role begins at the Grande Prairie branch with a 1st-year compensation of $59,357 CAD, requiring a 2-year diploma or bachelor's degree, 6 months of relevant experience, a valid Class 5 driver's license, and Canadian work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year Diploma
- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry)
- 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations)
- valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license
- no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years
- authorized to work in Canada
- not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications

- BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field
