Job Summary
Operate as a Management Trainee at an Enterprise branch, serving as the primary face to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Engage in a structured program featuring daily guidance, mentoring, and support to cultivate new business, develop your team, and prepare for eventual branch leadership. Begin with a Bachelor's degree or be within two months of graduation, hold a valid driver's license with no major violations, and work a 45-hour week earning $50,000 annually.
Required Qualifications

- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
