Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within a structured management training program. Engage in hands-on learning with guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and prepare for future branch leadership. Establish essential community relationships and operate a motor vehicle with a valid, unrestricted US driver's license. This program offers a clear career path with promotion from within, including a target compensation of $62,704 annually for a 46-hour workweek, plus paid time off and comprehensive benefits. Based at one of our neighborhood branches in New Jersey, you will learn to put customers first within a culture of friendly competition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- At least 18 years old
- Valid, unrestricted US driver's license
- Completion of mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements if first-time driver and under 21 in New Jersey
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
