Conduct day-to-day operational duties as a Sales Executive, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fleet management, and performance management. Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors while supporting operational goals and contributing to team efficiency. Develop leadership skills through training in communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving strategies within a 12-month program designed to fast-track you into a guaranteed management role. You must be available for an Assessment Centre on Tuesday 25th August, with the program starting Monday 5th October. Relocation anywhere within the United Kingdom is an essential requirement to secure your leadership placement upon graduation.
