Management Trainee

Conduct a 24-week hands-on experience across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations, actively participating in daily activities to expand practical knowledge of the industry. Develop leadership skills through structured education designed to prepare for future management positions within the company. Gain comprehensive exposure to the transportation sector while working a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Requires a valid Bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
