Job Summary
Gain hands-on experience across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations and actively participate in daily service center activities. Develop future-based leadership skills while rotating through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to build operational competence. This 24-week program is designed for recently graduated seniors to expand their experience and prepare for management positions within the Transportation Industry.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- willing to relocate to any Service Center
- willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
