Job Summary
Operate across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL industry while gaining hands-on experience in daily operations. Participate in the 24-week Management Trainee Program to develop leadership skills and prepare for future management positions. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and relocate to any Service Center. Earn competitive weekly pay and gain access to comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications
