Job Summary
Gain experience in the LTL industry operations by actively participating in all areas of Dayton Freight's daily functions. Develop leadership skills through a 24-week hands-on program designed to prepare you for future management positions within the company. You will work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and must be willing to relocate to any Service Center. This program educates individuals on future-based leadership skills, offering internal advancement opportunities in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
