Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week hands-on rotation across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain practical industry experience. Participate actively in daily operations while developing future-based leadership skills to prepare for management positions. Complete a mandatory relocation to any Service Center and work a rotating schedule of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This program is designed for recently graduated seniors to expand their experience and learn the company culture within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- willing to relocate to any Service Center
- willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
