Job Summary
Gain experience in the LTL industry and all areas of Dayton Freight's operations through a 24-week hands-on program. Develop leadership skills and actively participate in team activities to prepare for future management positions. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts while expanding upon your experience. Requires a valid Bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
