Job Summary
Operate across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL industry while gaining hands-on experience in daily operations. Participate in the 24-week Management Trainee Program to develop future-based leadership skills and prepare for internal management positions. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and relocate to any Service Center. Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
