Job Summary
Operate across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL industry during a 24-week hands-on program designed to build future leadership skills. Gain experience in the Operation while actively participating in team activities and learning the Transportation Industry. Work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and relocate to any Service Center. This program educates individuals on company culture and future-based leadership, preparing them for management positions within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
