Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week hands-on rotation across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain practical industry experience. Participate in daily team activities, actively learn the LTL industry, and develop future-based leadership skills for a management position. Complete a shift rotation covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a requirement to relocate to any Service Center. This program is designed for recently graduated seniors to build competence and confidence for immediate advancement within the company's stable, fast-paced organization.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- willing to relocate to any Service Center
- willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
