Job Summary
Conduct hands-on operations across all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL industry during a 24-week program designed to build future leadership skills. Gain practical experience in the transportation sector while actively participating in daily workflows and developing competencies for management positions. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and relocate to any Service Center as required. Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- willing to relocate to any Service Center
