Job Summary
Participate in a 24-week hands-on Management Trainee Program covering all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations to gain industry knowledge and leadership skills. Gain experience in the Operation while actively developing future-based leadership competencies for a management position. Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree, relocate to any Service Center, and work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
