Job Summary
Conduct a 24-week, hands-on Management Trainee Program experience covering all areas of Dayton Freight's LTL operations. Gain practical experience in the industry while actively participating in daily operations and developing future-based leadership skills. Complete a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and relocate to any Service Center. The program is designed to equip participants with the confidence and competence to assume management positions within the company upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- willing to relocate to any Service Center
- willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
