Job Summary
Manage operational day-to-day business at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, supporting sales, customer service, and fleet management goals from day one. Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to drive efficiency and achieve operational targets while developing clear learning and performance objectives. Solve problems independently and take ownership of tasks within a 12-month leadership development program requiring up to 50% travel across the United States. Earn an hourly rate of $23.52 with a performance-based bonus and receive a company car upon successful completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to work and travel within the United States
- Periodic travel of up to 50% during the first year of the program
- Temporary assignments across various locations within the United States
