Job Summary
Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint, engaging in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions, and collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Complete required DOT medical certification, hold an active driver's license, and obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months. This program includes access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
- Have an active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
Desired Qualifications
- Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
- A business or otherwise related academic major
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
