Job Summary
Management Trainee program with rotations through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management to develop leadership skills and prepare for career advancement. Responsibilities include rotating through departments to gain a leadership perspective, engaging in outside sales to promote products and build customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, analyzing sales data to aid business decisions, and collaborating with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Professional development includes access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
- Must, prior to first day of employment, meet Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
