Job Summary
Management Trainee program designed to develop leadership skills across multiple departments. Rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management while engaging in customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and supporting projects to improve sales management and operational efficiency. Earn professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months; possess a valid, full driver’s license and meet provincial driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs; willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program. Competitive benefits and base salary around $61,000/year.
