Job Summary
Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint while engaging in outside sales activities to promote products and build customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, then analyze sales data to assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. This six-month program includes access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits for professional development. Applicants must obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months, hold an active driver's license, and be willing to relocate regionally. Full-time, 1st shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
- Have an active driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
- A business or otherwise related academic major
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
