Job Summary
Operate daily business across customer service, sales, and finance while building genuine client relationships and exploring new revenue opportunities. Develop negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking to manage costs and drive growth, taking full responsibility for operational tasks from day one. Progress through a structured program leading to management assistant or branch leadership roles within two years. Requires a business degree, fluent German and English, and a valid German/EU driver's license with one year of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deutscher oder EU-Führerschein und 1 Jahr Fahrpraxis
- Maximal 3 Punkte im Verkehrszentralregister in Flensburg
- Kein Verstoß gegen die Straßenverkehrsordnung in Zusammenhang mit Alkohol oder Drogen
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im und Spaß am Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb und Teamarbeit
- Bewerbungen aus Tourismus, Hospitality oder Sales
