Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering branch operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service within our Management Training Program. Engage in hands-on learning with guidance and mentoring to cultivate new business, develop your team, and establish essential community relationships. Operate from the Boise Branch with a 45-hour work week and earn an annual compensation of $51,055.50, with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) match. This role prepares you to eventually run your own branch within a network managing 2.4 million vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be living in Boise or the surrouding areas within 30 days of the anticipated start date
