Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering business operations from day one. Operate as both a customer-facing representative and behind-the-scenes operational expert within a structured management training program. Learn to cultivate new business, develop your team, and run your own branch through hands-on training in sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. Establish essential community relationships to build your own business foundation. This 46-hour workweek includes a target compensation of $62,704 annually, with benefits including 12 paid days off in your first year, health insurance, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
- Ability to read, write and understand English
