Management Trainee Aquatics

Keep lessons running on time, on brand, and at the highest level of quality every single shift. Observe instructors during lessons to deliver specific, constructive coaching feedback that supports skill development and accurate swim evaluations. Assist with monitoring attendance and performance data, flagging patterns or concerns to the AGM – Aquatics so adjustments can be made proactively. Help communicate pre-shift expectations to Instructors, Lifeguards, and Deck Supervisors as directed by the AGM or GM. Guide every new hire from their first day through completed training, so they feel supported and set up for success from the start. Learn and actively reinforce the school's safety culture on deck. Become familiar with the Emergency Action Plan and support EAP training efforts so all staff can execute safety procedures confidently. Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts under the direction of the AGM – Aquatics or GM, supporting pool deck, front desk, and facilities operations. This role is part-time, non-exempt, and requires evening and weekend availability. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred to support the customer base.
