Job Summary
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service skills in a hands-on learning environment. Receive structured guidance and mentoring to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Establish community relationships essential for building your own business within a culture of friendly competition. This role requires a valid driver's license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least one year of relevant experience in sales, leadership, or customer service. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., available for a 46-hour work week, and live within a one-hour commute of the Amsterdam, NY location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week
- Age of at least 18 years
