Job Summary
Conduct studio tours to present and close service packages, while managing outbound outreach to re-engage past clients and drive rebookings. Open and close the studio to ensure safety and cleanliness, serving as the go-to expert on all services to build confidence in sales. Mentor new hires and deepen sales performance as you progress toward senior roles, eventually owning studio operations and the P&L. This path leads to a General Manager seat within 18-24 months, where you run your own studio.
