Job Summary
Management & Sales Training Program focused on developing store leaders for Harrisburg, PA. You will participate in an accelerated, entry-level program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in ~18-24 months, with potential progression to Assistant Store Manager after training. Responsibilities include collaborating with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, leading and shaping customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and driving growth by selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other high-volume customers. The program emphasizes leadership development, formal objective reviews, community networking, and a clear career trajectory within Sherwin-Williams. The role involves typical duties with exposure to cash handling and access to store merchandise, and may require evening/weekend hours.
