Job Summary
Oversee a million-dollar business by collaborating with store management to develop strategy and grow market share through sales to large commercial users, including contractors and purchasing agents. Manage daily operations, clients, and internal strategy while providing leadership and insight into the store's development. Engage in customer service, sales, and marketing activities, including contact with customers which may include minors, and establish professional networking relationships within the community. Complete an accelerated 8-week training program followed by a 44-hour weekly schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with a clear career trajectory toward Assistant Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a schedule of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends
- Must be willing to work with customers, which may include minors
- Must be willing to handle access to cash and other payment methods
- Must be willing to handle access to electronic equipment
- Must be willing to handle access to personal information
- Must be willing to handle access to store merchandise and other items of value
- Must be willing to work under supervised or unsupervised conditions regarding access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value
- Must agree to a review of criminal history
