Job Summary
Management & Sales Training Program for an entry-level role designed to progress to Assistant Store Manager in 18-24 months. You will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, develop strategy, learn operations, clients, and internal processes, and grow market share by selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial customers. The program emphasizes leadership development, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with formal discussions to review objectives and development. The schedule is typically 44 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends, and the role includes exposure to cash handling and access to sensitive information; a criminal history review is conducted as part of the onboarding process.
