Job Summary
Management & Sales Training Program at Sherwin-Williams is an entry-level, accelerated path to Store Management in 18-24 months, with an 8-week training phase. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, and professional development, with opportunities for progression into Assistant Store Manager. The role involves contact with customers (including minors in some cases) and access to payments and store merchandise, with criminal history review as part of safety measures. The typical schedule is 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends.
