Management & Sales Training Program entry-level role designed to prepare you for Store Management within 18-24 months, with promotion to Assistant Store Manager after 8-week training. Responsibilities include collaborating with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, leading operations, client development, and strategic input, and selling to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial users. Program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with formal discussions to review objectives and development and opportunities to grow into management and professional sales roles.
