Job Summary
Create and analyze financial information, business trends, and variance explanations to develop comprehensive reports and risk assessments. Drive process improvements in month-end close procedures while supporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for operations performance. Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and shareholder reporting, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and P&L optimization. Maintain financial tools to recommend automation and efficient methods for report creation and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of US GAAP standards
- Financial acumen
- Data analysis/modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
