Job Summary
The Department of Management in the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa seeks part-time instructors to teach undergraduate and/or graduate management courses. Responsibilities include teaching one or two courses per semester in the evenings, creating syllabi aligned with the university's mission, providing student meeting times, and managing the online learning management system. Applicants should possess a graduate degree with specific coursework, and a Ph.D. is preferred. Relevant professional and teaching experience is also preferred, with applications accepted continuously as openings arise.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree with 18 hours in Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Psychology from an AACSB-accredited and/or top-ranked university
- A Ph.D. in the field is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Five years of full-time professional experience over the last eight years preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
