Job Summary
Conduct complex strategy, operating model, and transformation projects within the Danish public sector while driving revenue growth through proposal development and sales support. Act as a senior stakeholder voice to influence customer direction, design organizational changes, and build trustful relationships across complex political environments. Coach junior consultants and deliver high-level analyses that strengthen organizational efficiency and support political objectives. This Director-level role focuses on end-to-end implementation of digital and data-driven solutions, fostering a collaborative culture with a clear path to senior partnership. You will shape the Public Services business in Denmark, leveraging deep knowledge of public sector structures to create sustainable impact for citizens and society.
Required Qualifications
- Dokumenteret erfaring fra management consulting eller lignende rolle
- Erfaring med strategi-, operating model- eller transformationsprojekter
- Solid forståelse for den offentlige sektors struktur, styring og rammevilkår
- Stærke analytiske evner og struktureret problemløsning
- Evne til at kommunikere klart og overbevisende på alle niveauer
- Stærke stakeholder management-evner i komplekse organisationer
- Kommerciel forståelse og interesse for forretningsudvikling
- Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for leverancer og resultater
- Samarbejdsorienteret med en proaktiv og struktureret tilgang
