Job Summary
Live and model safety while serving as a role model for exceptional service. Advise and load customers, ensuring industry-leading quality for each visit. Complete required maintenance work and inspire team members to reach their full potential. Coach, train, and develop others in a fast-paced operations environment. Work five days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, standing for extended periods up to eight hours daily. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, and jumping while operating electronic devices and moving materials with appropriate equipment. Work near moving mechanical parts and climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms. Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds and withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
