Fast Track Manager in Training at Crew Carwash responsible for coaching and developing team members, delivering exceptional service, ensuring safety, performing required maintenance (with thorough training provided), inspiring and coaching others, and driving growth within a fast-paced operations environment. Role requires 18+ years old, an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry, ability to work five days per week across opening/mid/closing shifts, physical stamina for extended standing and light-to-medium lifting, and strong leadership to help the team reach their full potential.
