Job Summary
Management Development Program for new graduates to gain broad exposure across Guillevin’s operations. A three-year, hands-on and structured training program designed to develop future leaders who will manage existing and new Business Centres within Ontario. The program emphasizes initiative, performance-based advancement, entrepreneurship, and cross-functional experience in a dynamic energy-transformation business; graduates will participate in a company with profit-sharing, broad benefits, and a national network, with opportunities to grow within a large Canadian distribution organization.
Required Qualifications
- University or College graduates in business, general studies, science, engineering, sales and/or entrepreneurship
