Job Summary
Management Development Associate role in a national hospitality services program. Responsibilities include actively participating in departmental training programs, recommending process enhancements, collaborating with teammates for a cohesive work environment, providing feedback to management on training programs and operational efficiencies, continuous learning, and assisting with the training and development of others across sites. Qualifications emphasize mobility to relocate across the U.S. for 3-6 months, willingness to live in employee housing where offered, and strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork. Education includes a high school diploma with a preferred Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality and at least 3 years in hospitality and 3 years in customer service/leadership. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School graduate
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in a hospitality role
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in a customer service/leadership role
- Must be mobile with a willingness to relocate to various locations across the U.S. on a frequent basis (3-6 months)
- Must be willing to live in employee housing with a possible roommate in sites where housing is offered
- Must possess strong attention to detail skills
- Must be a positive communicator and team player in the workplace
