Job Summary
Management Couple to take ownership of day-to-day pub operations, drive sales, develop the team, create and run events, build community relationships, enhance guest experiences, and shape the pub’s future direction. Roles include potentially one partner focusing on front-of-house operations and customer experience, while the other strengthens administration, marketing, events, or operational management; candidates should bring complementary skill sets and a passion for hospitality. Live-in accommodation is available and compensation is a combined package with performance bonuses and tips share.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience successfully managing a quality pub, restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and motivate teams
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink and customer service
- Commercial awareness and the ability to grow sales whilst maintaining excellent standards
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing events, promotions and reasons for customers to visit throughout the week
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to lead from the front
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A desire to become part of the local community and build strong relationships with guests
