Job Summary
Deliver high-quality case delivery support and lead discrete workstreams across Research, Analysis and Insight, Technical Skills, and Case Delivery. Manage multiple workstreams by planning team activities, delegating tasks, and translating project leadership requirements into deliverables while coaching junior members. Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through validation and present analyses confidently to clients and project teams. Independently manage day-to-day client interactions, understanding priorities and escalating issues as needed. Support business development activity and contribute to wider team initiatives while building strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years' relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading workstreams, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Ability to coach junior team members
- Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams
- Degree qualified
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within Management Consulting or Professional Services
- Previous management consulting experience
- Exposure to strategy, transformation, operational improvement and / or commercial due diligence projects
- Sector expertise relevant to Teneo's client base
- Experience supporting business development, proposals or thought leadership activities
- Working knowledge of a major European language
