Job Summary
Provide high-quality case delivery support and lead discrete workstreams across Research, Analysis and Insight, Technical Skills, and Case Delivery. Manage multiple workstreams by planning team activities, delegating responsibilities, and translating project leadership requirements into deliverables with coaching support. Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through validation and present analyses and conclusions confidently to clients and project teams. Independently manage day-to-day client interactions, understanding priorities and escalating issues where appropriate. Support business development activity, build strong client relationships, and actively coach junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years' relevant professional experience
- Degree qualified
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading workstreams, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Ability to coach junior team members
- Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams
- Ability to structure complex issues and develop practical recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to plan and coordinate team activities
- Ability to translate project leadership requirements into deliverables
- Ability to work independently with minimal need for support
- Ability to manage day-to-day client interactions
- Ability to understand client priorities
- Ability to escalate issues where appropriate
- Ability to present analyses, conclusions and recommendations confidently to clients and project teams
- Ability to support business development activity
- Ability to contribute to wider Consulting team initiatives

Desired Qualifications
- ideally within Management Consulting or Professional Services
- Previous management consulting experience
- Exposure to strategy, transformation, operational improvement and / or commercial due diligence projects
- Sector expertise relevant to Teneo's client base
- Experience supporting business development, proposals or thought leadership activities
- Working knowledge of a major European language
- 2:1 preferred
