Job Summary
Change Management Consultant in HR-T&O helping clients across industries by developing Change Management strategies, leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications, assisting in building change capability and agility, co-creating solutions, conducting Change Management Impact Analyses, developing treatment plans, and supporting HR Systems implementations (Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday). Travel globally to client sites, collaborate with an international team, mentor junior members, contribute to recruiting and community events. Strong communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders; focus on delivering large-scale transformational change in HR and talent systems environments.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in driving HR change management - related programs
- 1-3 years of experience and above of prior consulting and/or professional services experience is preferred
- Experience in HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
- Strong executive level relationship building skills
- Fluency in English is required
