Job Summary
Management Consultant focused on Sales & Commerce Reinvention for Energy, Chemicals & Natural Resources, delivering strategic guidance and leadership in digital transformation, customer operations, and growth for B2B clients. You will develop and articulate value-driven strategies, lead delivery teams, and build executive relationships with Directors and VP-level clients, while applying trends in Resources, digital platforms, and generative AI to optimize client outcomes. You’ll contribute to thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor on priority business challenges, balancing independent work with team collaboration to drive value and growth for clients and Accenture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the Resources industry
- 1+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent role
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (bonus)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, Oracle, SAP (bonus)
- Generative AI use cases for Sales & Commercial applications (bonus)
- Travel may be required for this role.
