Job Summary
Execute and manage sustainable operational business, process, and operational improvement projects to increase the Company's competitive advantage. Identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification and best-practice applicable solutions within industry standards. Provide strategic direction advice in business improvement initiatives to achieve significant values for the Company. Manage project deliverables to comply with PMO, Operations Excellence methodology, and defined company standards. Manage business improvement design and implementation, issues, concerns, and resolutions to ensure compliance with business strategy. Communicate overall project plans, progress, and problems to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with Senior Management of Operations Excellence customers to manage expectations and obtain strong buy-in from leadership. Deliver high-quality, sustainable project benefits focusing on eliminating safety risks, increasing productivity, and reducing costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mining or Geology Engineering, Industrial Technology, Management Information Systems, Business & Economics, General Management, or other engineering-related fields
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Mining Consultancy or the Mining Industry
- Proven experience in asset maintenance & performance, mining operations, or operational excellence
- Involved in strategic project execution rather than routine, day-to-day operational tasks
- Broad understanding of industry and business practices
- Is a driver

- Highly motivated and energy, able to grow quickly and able to work under pressure (high energy)
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written both in English and Indonesian

Desired Qualifications
- MBA with operations or business improvement experience is highly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma black belt certification is highly preferable
