Job Summary
Conduct monthly business strategy projects addressing operational flow, patient capacity, marketing, and community outreach. Perform data analysis to assess internal performance and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to develop actionable recommendations and present findings for feedback. Work within a team of three to four interns to tackle diverse healthcare business challenges across administration, finance, and patient care. Gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations while managing a part-time schedule around studies.
