Job Summary
Direct and manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously while providing initiative management support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Lead process improvement efforts to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance, and review work products to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards. Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics, then provide executive coaching and advisory support to leadership on project execution and operational improvements. Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed. This contingent role requires a PMP or DHS mid-level PM with at least seven years of experience, offering a salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 at Goldbelt Glacier.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher
- Ability to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
