Job Summary
Senior Manager for Management Consulting with a focus on Commercial Excellence leads end-to-end transformation mandates, manages budgets and timelines, and maintains strategic client relationships at VP/Director level. Responsible for independent proposal development, GTM strategy across markets/product lines, and shaping the offering in Commercial Excellence. Requires 8–12 years of experience including 5+ years in consulting, proven track record in DACH industries, and strong language skills in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mind. 5 Jahre in der Unternehmensberatung mit Commercial-Fokus
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im DACH-Industrieumfeld
- Eigenständige Angebotsentwicklung und Business Development
- Tiefes Verständnis für Buying Center-Strukturen und lange Verkaufszyklen
- Strukturierte Problemlösung (MECE, hypothesengetrieben, Pyramidenprinzip)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
