Job Summary
The Management Associate position offers a comprehensive two-year on-the-job training program designed to prepare candidates for future leadership roles within Boise Cascade. Key responsibilities include engaging in rotational assignments across various manufacturing plants, job shadowing plant leadership, working as a Shift Supervisor, and attending learning sessions with department managers. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, develop business acumen, and apply skills toward company goals.
Required Qualifications
- College degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in manufacturing or wood products
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Lead or Supervisor role/capacity is preferred
- Technical degree in engineering, forestry, or wood science is preferred
