Job Summary
Accelerate growth across 2–3 business functions like Marketing, Business Development, or Operations through hands-on execution and ownership of workstreams. Drive alignments with key stakeholders and lead impactful initiatives that deliver real results while collaborating globally to build regional agility. Engage directly with leaders for dedicated mentorship and develop critical skills in business strategy, data fluency, and customer-first thinking. Apply an AI-native approach by building durable agentic workflows and leveraging tools like Claude Code to solve problems faster. This 24-month rotational program prepares future leaders for global scale, with onboarding in Singapore HQ followed by 50% travel across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Fresh Graduate, or less than 12 months of full-time work experience post-graduation
- English Proficiency — fluency in spoken and written English
- Onboarding Commitment — available to be stationed at our Singapore HQ for the first 3–6 months
- Travel Commitment — able to travel at least 50% of the time across markets
Desired Qualifications
- AI Builder — demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to build agentic workflows, sharpen analysis, and move 3x faster at scale in a work or academic setting
- Problem-solver — comfortable with ambiguity, solution-centric and problem identification
- Clear communicator — fluent in spoken and written English, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-market teams across our global footprint
- A self-starter mentality — you take initiative, learn fast, and never wait to be told what to do
- Genuine curiosity about tech, startups, digital commerce, or growth businesses
